vf控制,电流波形不稳

近期公司研制一台变频器,5级级联到380v(实验样机),控制采用vf,带小电机500w没问题,带7.5kw电机频率在30hz以下也没问题,》40hz电流波形上下不等,电机转速不稳,不知哪位大侠做过,给点提示,先谢谢了.

Maybe there is something wrong with your DC voltage measurement.I do not know the "5级级联到380v".Have you measured your dc voltage with 500W and 7500W load. Or you may try to measure the small-scale dc voltage which fed to your MCU. I met the problem, the dc voltage measurement delay lead to a bad output current.
