二极管:4148  电阻1K  三极管:8550

原理:9脚输出高电平触发信号时,触发电流给PNP三极管一个正偏电流使三极管截止,同时通过4148进入MOS栅级,MOS导通. 9脚输出底电平,1K下拉电阻为三极管提供负偏电流三极管导通,MOS结电容迅速对地释放,快速截止.

此图貌似电子白金机,494的极限输出电流500MA,在低频下最多能带几只MOS我没试验过,如果并管建议每管栅级分别串联10欧姆电阻,避免参数不一致烧管.并管过多时建议用对管图腾柱驱动,对管图腾的NPN管对驱动电流放大,可以推动较多的MOS.

对管图腾柱驱动是什么?请教?

电流100MA低频下能带50只IRFP260我试验过  低频10-200hz

250耐压我不知道多少,做电子白金尽量选择耐压高些的MOS,以免反峰电压击穿MOS,3205--55V,这些常见低压管在这里不好用,耐压太低.电子白金JJ的反峰比推挽高很多.

没有亲自测试过,不好说啊,5对就是10个啦,这么多估计非得用对管图腾才可以推.

好是好,不好买啊!市场上还没有卖,只有找IR的一级代理商订货,价钱也还公道,大概3美金左右.

其实494的应用可以直接接成推拉输出电路,直接推MOS,可以不需要外部单管或对管图腾柱支持．

3525或494后面的PNP-NPN对管:

MOS管的工作电流到底是多少!比如:IRFP260N ID50A,能过50A电流吗?.如能又在什么条件下!(如电压、频率)

一般来说,MOS长时间工作在标定电流是不可能的,可能厂商所提供的电流参数是"瞬时最大电流"--即在很短的特定时间内,流过最大而不至于爆管的电流.
音响喇叭的功率也是这样,分额定功率,恒定功率,峰值功率等,---一个10寸喇叭,峰值可以去到几百W,但是长期几百瓦的话,冒烟是自然灾害.
比如:IRF3205--55V--110A, 这应该标的是峰值电流.比牙签还细的引脚,怎么能够长期工作在110A?
一般不建议MOS的载流长期超过标定值的20%,要不就那么不保险了.再说热损失也大.

如像家用逆变一样长时工作我猜想20%也要爆
