接口可完全与KR2互换的单片机控制板

今日购得一接口可完全与KR2互换的单片机控制板,该板的电流/电压运算电路,程控电路全部由单片机控制,电路简洁明了,可靠性高,故障与工作状态可由板上的LED数码管显示代码,特别值得一提的是脉冲的对称度非常高,经测试在500A机器上最小电流在60几安培焊接都很稳定.还带手工焊扩展接口,可以将单一CO2功能的焊机扩展为带手工焊功能的两用焊机,现将图片上传分享.特别值得一提的是该板的性能在国产机上的表现已经非常接近松下机的焊接性能,如果国产机的主变压器材料与工艺都按照松下的做,那完全可以达到松下机效果.据说松下也对该电路感兴趣,买了板回去研究解剖.以前是全国都仿松下的,现在松下也要学习国产的了.呵呵.....
