用达林顿模块做的自控机

只说一下铁芯.国产.卷绕工艺差,平整度差.导磁率不评价.建议换进口铁芯试试.

烂铁芯一个,怎么能做出好的自控机

自控机铁芯的质量直接影响效果.
用模块做,初级线包用1.82-2.2的线绕,次级用0.82-1.0的线绕.
加进口铁芯奇迹一定出现.

那个变压器是我从收旧的那里拿来的,人家绕好的,所以太烂了,准备换个铁心.

建议装个尖峰波吸收电路,试验中可以免除烧机麻烦.

调频这块的图纸能公布吗

哈哈!!!我和楼主用的是同一种塑料壳.  新时也是浅色的,十几年过去塑料壳老化变黑了.

功率很大

自控机初级线包可用铜皮来绕吗?如果能绕,那做骨架时分成初次级两个框可以吗?

铜皮绕没人试过,自控机初级线包匝数多,用铜皮绕分布电容会增大,参数需要修正.初次级分两个框绕会增加漏感,降低效率.

真搞不懂,为什么一定要用模块.BUX98(400V30A)在5A时压降只有0.2V,多并几个比什么模块都强,还更便宜.
