MOS管发热

频率过高,初级过少了,我用电脑变压器,初级是5T+5T的.

大家帮我看看,分析一下是不是还有别的原因.

变压器是关键,频率高,加个图腾柱试试

频率高的话更应该加栅极电阻和RC吸收,主回路需要更短,我是这样想的.
我计算了下,按E135的磁芯,做到2+2,频率要67KHZ.
频率用45KHZ时,匝数是3+3;频率用33KHZ时,匝数是4+4;频率用27KHZ时,匝数是5+5,不知道对不对.有没有谁指正一下.

刚刚试了一下滤波电容也热,估计是要加RC吸收,一对管子的话我觉得没必要加图腾柱,毕竟3525本身就是图腾柱输出的.

你的就是频率太高了,初级少了

昨天把频率降到了30多khz,加了rc吸收回路,mos发热量大大降低,负载100w一分钟MOS管几乎无明显升温.
