DESCRIPTION
ZCC4200 is a three-channel PMU that includes a40V input, a high efficiency synchronous buckconverter, a low startup, high efficiency 18Vboost converter and a super capacitor Charger.The buck converter withstands input voltage upto 40V and delivers a 3.3V output with up to 450mAcurrent. The boost converter is capable ofproviding up to 500mA to 12V output from a singlecell super capacitor or a battery at 2.7V. Alinear supercapacitor charge is also integrated with a very high accuracy CV voltage.The output voltage of boost can be adjusted byexternal resistor divider. All three powermodules are packed into a single ES0P8 andQFN3x4-24 package,beating the discretesolution in features, performance, size, PCBlayout and cost
