如何判定真假Fairchild物料

目前我司在使用Fairchild FDS6679 物料時,出現了兩種不同包裝的物料,其中有一款物料不良,影響功耗,
1.有款的Marking點為蝕刻的點
2.另外一款的Marking點為印刷的,而且不清楚,
請大家幫忙確認下,哪個是真的產品,

沒有測試過程,但是供貨商講為封裝地不同,但是我不認同此講法

另外一款的Marking點為印刷的,而且不清楚---最好不要用,现在假的太多了.

据我用过的仙童产品,印字都比较小

In general, Power Diss. can be impacted by Gate-Source Voltage, have you noted 6679Z and 6679, The value of "Z" is -25/+20V, but the value of "6679" and "AZ" is -25/+25V, It's hard to check out if you only review thru. the picture, because actually, Fairchild has many many suppliers and that will be different if the packing location is different;
One more, you'd better to check the requirement of your project and according it to select AZ or Z or 6679 only.

我觉得应该是左边那个吧,据我所看过的哟,你这块产品是用到什么上的,我们公司也有做FSC的,好像没有见过这个型号!

我也觉得左面是真的.我用过仙童的IC,好多水货.

我做仙童.用左边那个.我做电源及加热类的配件.仙童主要是场效应.及IGBT.只做原装环保的.
