哪位高手帮助改为380v.我以将主回路改好但控制板电流难控制,电流130A炸管,
我的igbt,25n120d两只并联,每个机子用四只.

本人想用SG3525的双管(4个47N60)交错正激,变压器用EC49的2个,变压比25比5,整流管用MUR3060,四个整流,四个续流,输出电容100V1000UF四个,空机电压60V,输出采用80安限流降压方式

双正激的输出电压不易稳定在60v,变压器的绕制困难,如果要求2.5mm焊条
60%占载率.推荐rl的桥式,或单端双管,
单端双管输出电压高易起弧且自带电弧推力,

我的160a小氩弧焊机,两个igbt或irf450四个,3040 7个,主变27比7,15v推动电压,手弧氩弧转换.出售单价350.

我用的25n120d,功率管加36v时的驱动波形.
如果用f450,波形跟这不一样.没有尖角,
