我的节能灯是怎么了,炸的面目全非了

我们公司是生产节能灯的,在做了一个外单时,工作电压为110V 60Hz ,我们开始在设计的时候磁环选用的是10*5*6的,2:6:2 5K,但是在老化的时候几乎全部炸掉,三极管的瞬间温度可达到150°以上,线路板元器件几乎全部烧坏,设计的功率在15W到25W之间的全螺管径为Φ12,实际功率已做到80%,现在不明白问题的所在,还望大家能指点一二.谢谢!

线路调试的实验不够,现在老化炸机总好过在客户那边炸,必要的设计验证可千万不能省

在110V中你是用单电解还是倍压线路的,是在低压炸,还是高压炸.
