电源开机有震荡,有间隙的吱吱声音

发光二极管一闪一闪 249Y发热,关机时有几下声音更响,然后消失.+5V输出电压仅仅为+2V左右.请问可能是什么原因致使这种现象.

电源进入了自动重启动保护状态.电路连接或原理上有问题.反馈没有建立.需要检查你的原理图及PCB板.

电路没变动之前是好的.后来把变压器拆掉后 再装上就这样了

启动电阻减小试试
