Major Requirements / Qualification
职位要求/任职资格：
1.Education教育：
College graduation or above, majoring in electric or relative fields
电子或相关专业大专以上学历;
2.Work Experience工作经验：
Minimum 5 years experience in mass production of electric products ; at least 2 years experience with similar position
最少5年电子产品生产管理经验；至少2年同等职位相关工作经验；
3.Skills技能:
Good leadership and supervisory skills.
良好的指挥和管理技巧
Good communication and interpersonal skills
良好的沟通和人际技巧.
Good at listening and observing
善于倾听和观察
Good monitor ability
有监控能力
Good oral English; good written and reading English
良好的口语; 良好的读写能力
