Responsilibities:
1. Evaluate and characterize new designs, coordinate and implement new product
release.
2. Identify product failure and implement actions for quality improvement.
3. Work with test development to improve production test for yield and cost.
4. Deal testing, encapsulation with subcon.
5. Deal with products’ reliability test.
Requirements：
1. Bachelor’s degree in Micro-Electronics.
2. Knowledge of semiconductor device and its failure mechanism.
3. Basic knowledge of analog circuitry.
4. Able to write, read and speak in English.
5. Self-motivated and good teamwork cooperation.
6. 5 years of product experience in power IC industry. |
