Responsilibities:
1. Work with product engineer and design engineer to define test coverage & methodology and develop test program for new products.
2. Cooperate with design engineer to debug new products and characterize circuit performance.
3. Be responsible for test time reduction and test program maintenance & optimization after program released to production.
4. Cooperate with product engineer for the customer return analysis.
Requirements：
5 years or more semiconductor testing experience on ATE platform.
Credence Quartet or Teradyne’s J750, Flex and Catalyst or other platform’s experiences as a plus. Solid background in ATE testing, test methodology, Silicon process, and power IC testing experience required. |
