Ⅰ.工作目的
全面负责各销售团队的定单,实现公司的经济效益目标
Ⅱ.主要职责
熟练掌握ERP系统,在系统维护客户的定单
及时向客户及有关部门反馈可交货期和审核结果
及时向相应部门反应客户对定单的要求,满足客户的要求
CSA are expected to regularly monitor all orders under their responsibility to ensure that the orders will be fulfilled per customer’sexpectations; and to alert appropriate departments and personnel when they spot a potential or actual problem with meeting those expectations.
Ⅲ.资格经验
◇大专以上学历,具有2年以下相关工作经验.
◇熟练的英语交流能力.
◇熟悉现代国际贸易流程，客户服务体系.
◇熟悉应用过ERP系统者优先，女生优先
