Responsibilities:
-Organize period audit to make sure quality system take into effect
-Utilize process/products audits, customer feedback, and other tools to drive continuous improvement
-Quick respond to customer’s complaint and coordinate with other dept to find out root causes and solve the problems.
-Ensure that company effectively implement and maintain quality system, reliability and performance requirements.
-Organize and lead CFT meeting for quality problem solution in time
-Implement and boost quality walk activity to improve our system and process
-Review both quality and reliability performance data for adequacy and trigger actions as appropriate.
-Promote the use of proactive quality planning tools such as FMEA, PPAP and SPC as part of the prevention process.
Requirements:
-College degree or above Engineering, Quality Control, or related discipline
-Good understanding of quality tools such as PPAP,APQP, 8D, FMEA, and SPC
-Good interpersonal and communication skills, good written in English, able to work independently
-Good understanding of power supply or electronic product,
-Familiar with ISO9000 and ISO14001
-At least 3 years related quality control experience in electronic manufacturing company |
