工作描述：
1. Plans (outlines work), directs and coordinates new product introduction process for TEAL products at SLX facility. Directs and coordinates several new product development introduction teams concurrently. Leads project teams to meet the needs and expectations of TEAL and SLX.
2.Creates and maintains Gantt/Pert charts at beginning of project and throughout the life of the project as required. Addresses any conflicts with existing project resourcing that may require shifts in priorities and/or schedules of other active projects. Proactively resolves foreseen probable issues.
3.Directs the flow of program, product, and project-related information to facilitate communication between TEAL and SLX. Ensures that the correct people are notified of the required work in a timely manner.
4.Assists with troubleshooting of TEAL products produced at SLX during and after manufacturing process when needed.
5.Must be able to travel to US and within China.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: A BS degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering preferred) with 2 years related experience in project management is required.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Must have excellent communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to coordinate the work of several cross-functional areas and proactively manage action items and potential issues. Must be familiar with all related functional areas in the new product introduction process. Moderate computer operation skills including MS Project, MS Word, and MS Excel (Windows) programs.

1、机电或电气工程专业毕业，本科；
2、英语4级，具备专业英语读写能力，口语较好者优先；
3、具备从事变频器或机柜配电制造工艺研发工作2年以上；
4、具备使用质量工具分析产线质量问题的能力；
5、能够使用PFMEA进行先期工艺分析；
6、具备初步的JIT与IE知识，进行产线平衡与工艺路线分析、产能分析、以及持续改进分析。 |
