Job Purpose:
Resident Engineer in Shenzhen to provide enhanced quality support.
Duties/Responsibilities:
1) Primary contact for resolving quality and process related problems at Customer Site
2) Provide information and support to customers application concerns
3) Provide customer feedback for application concerns and related
4) Work with Quality and Engineering team for developing VOC
5) Provide inspection/screening or special processes to minimize impact quality issues
6) Verify that Corrective Action is effective in solving problem in customer process
7) General technical support of sales efforts primarily for AP region but some support throughout Global team
Qualification & experience
1) BS
2) 5 years experience in Manufacturing Engineering
3) Familiarity with SMT and Thru-hole assembly processes and IPC standards including: Screen Printing Solder Paste; Thermal Profiling (Wave and Reflow Processes); Pick and Place and Machine Insertion; General Product Handling; Test
4) Familiarity with Quality Systems (ISO9000 2000 version or TL9000), etc.
5) FMA and FMEA concepts
6) Excellent oral and written communication skills both in English and Mandarin
7) Endure the working stress
8) Team work spirit. |
