| 详细要求： | Job Description: In this role, your specific responsibilities will include: -Designing production test hardware for analog and mixed signal IC product. -Writing test software/firmware for the automatic production test apparatus -Working with design team to define the IC testability during the design phase and writing test document. -Working with foundry to coordinate on product PG and mask delivery and management. Managing process optimizations and qualifications, yield and quality improvement efforts. -Working with design team and foundry on Post RTP IC cost reduction activities. -Coordinating with foundry, test service vendor, design team on IC FA efforts. -Assist on IC design project management. The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years of experience designing and programming automatic test equipment hardware/software in a manufacturing environment. Good software skills in C and C++ are needed. System hardware design and development expertise, excellent conceptual, debugging, and troubleshooting skills, and hands-on mechanical skills are essential. Good communication skills with IC design team and external ATE service vendor to resolve any IC test issues and support device RTP. An understanding of wafer fabrication process flow and prior experience in IC design project management are plus. 身体健康，无任何传染病或严重疾病 |
