| 详细要求： | In this role, your specific responsibility is to work with design team and be responsible for all aspects of the design cycle: - specification development, - conceptual design, - transistor level design, - circuit layout supervision, - design validation testing, - presentation at design reviews. The successful candidate will have： -A MSEE with a minimum of 3 years experience or a BSEE with a minimum of 5 years experience. -Proven experience in analog integrated circuit design, simulation, layout and test -Be able to lead the design team and mentor less experienced team members -Understanding semiconductor process/devices, layout tools and VHDL-A or other high level modeling language -Understanding of geometric verification, schematic to layout verification is also mandatory -Experience with design of power management IC a plus -Willing to work with customers, and have good communication skills (both Chinese and English) is preferred. -身体健康，无任何传染病或严重疾病 |
