PROFILE INTRODUCTION
Gary Electronics Co., Ltd. was established since 1985. We start with only 5000 sq. feet of area of factory in China including three production lines. In 1987, our production lines were expanded from three to five, and the area was also increased from 5000 sq. feet to 8000 sq. feet. The products were gift items and radio sets. In the year of 1988, the production lines and the production area were increased again from five to six and 8000 sq. feet to 10000 sq. feet respectively, at that time the cassette clock radio was favorite and very mass production in our company.
Between year of 1988 and 1994, Injection division was occupied with area of 10000 sq. feet. Spraying and silk-screen divisions also occupied with area of 10000 sq. feet, production area and godowns also are involved with total area of 60000 sq. feet. Products included with mini Hi-Fi, cassette clock radio, logical circuit design product and special gift item products. Over 1200 operators were employed at the time. In 1997, we own our property of factory building on china plant, with total area of about 250000 sq. feet, included with injection section, spraying and silkscreen section, completed product godown, material godown, and production lines.
Gary Electronics Co., Ltd. has been a sub-contractor of Thomson, Telefunken, Saba, Audio Line, Koss, National, ….. which all are a good quality of reputation of electronic manufactures around the world.
‘TOTAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION’ is Gary’s goal. A strong quality team monitors every production line and direct reported to marketing department. The ‘ZERO DEFECT’ of quality system is our company’s target. With more than ten years abundant experience for production, we are an experienced manufacturer of clock radio, cassette and some audio products. We assure all the products produced and completed are in excellent quality.
Our engineering team continuously explores the expert technologic and develop new process to upgrade the quality level and to take advantage of the inexpensive labour that to reduce the cost of the products and the total production cost to allow our products to become competitive in the market. Our engineering team also can produces and develops new products according to customer’s design and requirement.
