我是做工程的.不是做安規的.再次請教版主.這裡講的應該是膠紙吧﹖

一般指胶带,但其他的博层绝缘也可

这份东西我没几个人有啊

如果是變壓器中.初級和次級間用膠紙(厚度0.055MM).用的都是餇線.請問要用多少層膠紙﹖如果次級用三層絕緣線呢﹖那膠紙又要用多少層﹖  TKS﹗

醫療安規申請真的很複雜哦,我手上個18W案子都快整了一年了,TUV還不發証
EMC要客戶終端認可的實驗室才可以啊,-6DB餘量控制,安全距離爬電也要求特別嚴
EN60601真的很有挑戰性哦,有做醫療電源的老師請多多交流啊,另請問下,EMC  500K頻率段超出1DB有何對策??
高壓測試是否一定要4000VAC了,如果是的話,變壓器真的很難做耶!

三層也有要求,剝掉一層還需要能夠承受3000V的高壓,
一般隔離的絕緣片厚度要大於0.4MM

在现在最新版本的IEC60601 标准里(现在都还没使用) 是加有0.4 mm要求, 旧的版本里没有0.4mm 要求, 他的这个培训教材是台湾莱茵的好早的版本.

e) In transformers with REINFORCED INSULATION or DOUBLE INSULATION the insulation
between the primary and secondary winding shall consist-of:
-- one insulation layer having a thickness of at least 1 mm, or
-- at least two insulation layers with a total thickness of not less than 0,3 mm, or
-- three layers provided that each combination of two layers can withstand the dielectric
strength test for REINFORCED INSULATION.


0.4 mm要求在很多其他标准里都有, 但在60601现在使用的版本里没有, 而且任意两层不是承受3000V 耐压, 而是至少4000V, 你是看过其他标准有印象吧

至于级别我根本不在乎, 也不证明什么
