今天(应该有几天了,一直不能发贴)终于把自己那老爱烧管的自控机拆了,拆开才发现,我没有拆错,里面的线包有些已经烧焦,拆的时候线包绝缘漆有些都自己脱落,得出的数据如下
驱动组:0.83线30T 双线有一开关控制并联关系,也就是机器上面的高低档,感觉作用不大,打到高的时候就是两个30T并联
次级:0.83的线200T *2
关键问题就是初级的一个大问题,不拆不知道,一拆才知道这些机器的水分不少,
表面看是3根1.65的线并绕,拆开才发现原来只是两根,一根到线包里面就是空的了,得出的是1.65双线并绕50T*2 1.65的线是我目测的,因为没有专业工具,拿出来跟我那1.45的线稍微粗一点 以下准备上拆机图,后期会重新绕制变压器,目前本人手中的线只有1.45的线跟0.71的线,也望坛友高手提供相关数据,
自控机的线圈比例是3:1还是4:1好呢? 从此机数据很明显就表明了是4:1

原来是个正中的商品自控机,这机器还是自己做的好,还不能心疼材料,肯定有好结果.
呵呵`! 是我亲戚坏了不要的机器 我拿过来玩的`!现在整体把变压器重新制作了 图片中大部分管子是坏的 只有7个是好的 今天加了几个管子 一共10多个管子吧~! 效果又不一样了 今天大概搞了60-70斤左右吧~!
