求助!逆变电源

现在在学做逆变电源.在用MOS管搭的分立器件上,就可以实现输出正弦波.但把MOS改成IPM模块是,同样的程序却无法产生正弦波.电路就是把后面的494改成芯片来做的.这是怎么会是呢?
