这机器我知道,控制板脉宽调制芯片是TL494,驱动电路用了好几个IC,主电路IGBT半桥

不知道焊接工艺如何 ,它这个机器达不到其标称值.

民用可以考虑.

我曾经玩过一个这个机器,不是很“禁蹧”.

可能低价的机器都这样吧!

另外,20kHz的频率,那个个头的主变压器的功率余量不大,你可以测试一下温升.标称是60%,能达到35%就不错.

呵呵 ,不过话又说回来,对小机器也不能过分要求,毕竟是低成本的东西.一分钱一分货.

小功率单管IGBT的逆变焊机能否干的过MOS管逆变焊机,关键是成本能否更低,可靠性更高,还有就是开关频率能否提高上去,我本人不看好它!

它不是采用主变压器原边电流进行采样的吗?
