采用2层FR4 PCB板设计,已经批量安装在我们国外客户机器中,以下是板子的照片,和各位高手共同学习进步!

电压DC24V-350V,(每种系统电压等级的通用一块核心板)
电流DC20-150A, (每种系统最大电流通用一块核心板,只需修改板上的MOSFET即可满足各个电流范围)

充电方式采用PWM充电方式.(稍后贴出PWM充电波形图)

也许有人会问上面的板子怎么这么简单,我可以告诉大家,上面的板子
要完成的光控检测,蓄电池检测,功率MOSFET控制、驱动、PWM充电算法.....,都集成在那颗14脚芯片里.很多外围元件都没有,
上面的这块板是我们公司配系统出货最多的,在此之前我们都修改了很多
设计,最终优化出来这块板,这块板上没有电流电压数据显示,这些功能有另外的模块完成.
