要求:对此信号的要求是上电延时500ms,变成高电平.下电(5V掉电的时候)此信号立刻变为低.稳态时候为高电平.
+5V为芯片电源电压,由于有电容有放电的过程.下电的时候有放电过程.电路越简单越好.
