您好!我是做铝漆包线焊接材料和工艺研究的.，从事这个行业已经有5年时间，期间和很多国内国外电机、变压器企业共同开发过铝漆包线，所以在这方面我想讲讲我的心得

 

铝漆包线注意事项及应用关键点

1、铜改铝注意事项

a)    线径变化（因为导体电阻率的差异）

铝线线径＝铜线线径 × 1.28

b)    线槽的设计改动（线径差异）

为保证原有的导体的电阻，因而导致导体线径的增大，同时也在一定程度上增大的槽满率。

c)    绕线方面的变化（抗拉强度差异）

铝比铜的韧性要差，所以需要降低绕线张力，适当降低绕线速度

d)    连接方式的改变（铜铝焊接性能的差异）

相对于铜，铝非常容易氧化，焊接非常困难，所以采用原有的铜线焊接工艺及材料，上锡根本不可能，所以连接必须采用铝漆包线专用焊锡材料及工艺。

2、铜改铝技术关键

就铝漆包线本身来讲，和铜比较是电阻率不同，所以铜改铝漆包线，只要按照电阻率比把铝线的线径加大，铝线在温升、电流、能效等各个方面都不会比铜线差，所以就设计上来讲，铜改铝没有问题，但是由于金属铝极其活波，容易氧化，上锡很困难，很多企业对这问题非常头痛。所以铝漆包线应用的好坏关键就在于如何解决连接点焊接问题。

3、关于铝线焊接，近段时间我有到浙江、中山、四川、青岛、河北等地去看过很多厂家使用铝线情况，其中有用端子铆接、有用焊锡丝焊的，也有的干脆把铜引线把铝线包住再焊接等等。。说实话，目前国内把铝漆包线焊接处理好的公司根本没几家，铝漆包线焊接具体要分为两个过程一是脱漆，二是焊接。

A）脱漆，目前有很多厂用高温锡烫，烫完后铝线就变黄、变黑，根本上不了焊锡，有的用脱漆机，由于告诉摩擦，温度很高，所以脱漆后的铝线一方面线径损伤，另一方面铝线表面变黑，氧化严重，也极难上锡。

B）连接方式首先端子铆接，铝线氧化很快，另外铜铝电位相差大，通电过程中肯定会逐渐产生电化学腐蚀，连接点电阻会逐渐变大，温升变高，最后肯定不通电。

焊锡丝焊接也是很有问题的，电烙铁的温度不可能很大，所以很容易产声堆焊假焊，表面看起来很饱满，其实里面是包住的，另外助焊剂没有办法短时间汽化掉，所以焊点里面会有很多炭化助焊剂残留，这种方式通过论证是不可靠。

铜引线包铝焊接，这种方式是自欺欺人，只是表面铜上锡，包在里面的铝根本没有上锡，想想就知道问题有多厉害。。

这些是工艺问题。还有材料问题。材料也很关键，象铝助焊剂，目前市面上很多都是偏酸性，对铝线本身腐蚀比较严重，导致铝电机、铝变压器出货后焊点腐蚀，变成粉末。。

最后说点；改铝不要只为了降成本，更应该走的方向是把铝电机、铝变压器做好。。。
